Changes to the CMSA League Format
As a result of the outdoor Fall Season, the start to the indoor season will be delayed until November 1 for all age groups.
For the Indoor 2014 season, there will be no longer be a “seeding” round for teams is Tiers 1 to 3. To help ensure that players and teams are properly placed in the correct divisions, CMSA teams will now play a series of “Pre-Season” games. These exhibition games will be played between November 1 and November 24.
At the completion of the preseason round, individual players and/or entire teams may be moved either up or down at the discretion of the EMFC Technical Director, as a result of performance. Team rosters for the season will be finalized following the preseason round.
New CMSA players (U8 and older) must provide a copy of proof of age. Acceptable documents include: Birth certificate, Alberta Health card, passport. A scanned copy can also be sent to the registrar
U12 - U18 players are required by CMSA to obtain a player ID card prior to participating in games. Appointments can be made online by following this link: Photo IDs

EMFC Refund policy (YOUTH)
Refunds requested prior to September 21, 2014, will be issued, less an Administration fee equal to 25% of published Registration Fee, and less the full value of any equipment provided to the player.
Refunds requested between September 22, 2014 and October 12, 2014, will be issued, less an Administration fee equal to 50% of published Registration Fee, and less the full value of any equipment provided to the player.
Refunds requested after October 12, 2014, will be only be considered by the Board, provided that the player has experienced a season ending injury, and the initial request is accompanied by a Doctor’s note. In this case, the Player will continue to be registered with EMFC for the balance of the season, and be ineligible to participate with another organization. In this instance refunds will be issued, less an Administration fee equal to 25 % of published Registration Fee, and will be prorated accordingly based on the number of games played/remaining.
All requests for a refund must be submitted in writing, with supporting documentation to the Club Administrator (office@eastsidememorialfc.com) and to the Registrar (registrar@eastsidememorialfc.com).
All refund requests are reviewed by the Board, at the next scheduled meeting.
