Time:                     50 minute session starting at 12:30 am, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm, etc., as required.

Location:               EMFC Development Centre 

Registration Fee:   $ 150.00   (** $ 125.00 if registered before September 9 **) Initial installment - $65 (Early Bird) $90 regular, Nov. 1 $60.


Please Note...
These sessions are Instructor led but Parental Participation on field may be required.
Groups will be created based on age and experience.
Includes souvenir picture,  soccer ball, sling pack, jersey, shorts and socks for players to keep

For this age group Eastside Memorial FC has designed an educational approach to sport through play… 
This program is NOT focused on match play. 

Many players are most likely coming into their first ‘organized’ social/sporting arena. It is therefore important to recognize their viewpoint and needs. They may not have learnt how to stand in line to await their turn. They will be seeking constant praise and feedback from coaches. They will be lively, sometimes talkative and cumbersome – they are finding their feet. Therefore it is important that they feel safe, supported and able in all they do.

Sessions are designed for the children to be active, have fun with an emphasis on learning to play with others.
Our leaders will use a variety of fun games to develop balance, coordination, movement, and soccer motor skills as well as listening to instructions.

We teach kicking, running control, and dribbling.  As players progress, more advanced skill development games are introduced. Development games are a highlight for the children.
 
Children that have participated in previous sessions of our Play to Learn program, that have consistently achieved the minimum standard will have the opportunity join our new intermediate & advanced classes.

CMSA (City League)(Born 2013, 2014)
Event Days:      2 events per week (1 practice weekday evening, / 1 game
                        - U6 Mixed  - Sundays
Location:          Schedules will be posted on CMSA website as well as EMFC website
Format:         3 v 3

Other:
        Practice sessions will be run by volunteer coaches. They will be provided with training and with guidance from EMFC technical instructors.
        Parent / Volunteer coach and team manager
        There are no evaluations for this program.
        Players must be registered and fee payment processed, before being assigned to a team.
There is a minifest for all teams February 23/24.

Player Supplied Equipment:
       Shin pads (Players may not participate without them.)
       Indoor soccer shoes or suitable running shoes
 
Club supplied equipment:
         Team Jersey,   Soccer Shorts,   Soccer Socks,  Ball, Sling pack, water bottle, Team and individual photos.

Volunteer coaches are provided support and training from EMFC technical instructors.
