EMFC will be hosting a NCCP Soccer 4 Life Coaching Course on Jan 19th and 20th 2019 from 9-5pm at the EMFC Development Center. The cost up front is 80.00 per person. Please register early as this course is open to the public as well, so spots are limited. This course is the fourth step in the progression of coaching courses, open to new and experienced coaches. This course does offer national certification upon completion which provides more accreditation to yourself and the club, let alone increased value to your players. Please consider taking this course and promoting the course to your staff and parents as they can participate in it as well. The course is well balanced with some class room lecture time and on the field demonstrations, some physical activity will be involved. Soccer 4 Life Course

At this stage

For coaches working with players at any age above 13 years old.

• Duration: 14 hours excluding breaks
• Great for coaches at all levels provides the basics for running practice sessions for these age groups
• Minimum age to take the course is 16yrs old
• Abbreviation: S4L

At any stage in the LTPD framework, regardless of their level of ability, players may decide to play recreational soccer and continue to enjoy the game and maintain lifelong wellness. They might be youth players who decide not to pursue high performance, or they might be top players from senior clubs, colleges, universities, and semi-professional teams who enjoy competition but do not intend to play at the international level. They might also be newcomers to the game who discover an interest in soccer in late adolescence or adult life.
