The Annual General Meeting of the registered society of International Eastside Soccer Club (1991), that is operating as the Eastside Memorial Football Club.  All members are welcome to attend.

Description of the Executive positions and duties:

 

The Vice President of Operations is responsible to oversee the day to day operations of the Club and its on-field player and coach education and development.  This includes working with employees, directors and volunteers in maintaining the facility, equipment and programs. 

 

The Vice President of Finance shall receive and disburse all monies on behalf of the Club.  This includes: properly accounting for the funds of the Club, maintaining financial reports and reporting status at board meetings and at the Annual General Meeting.  They will play a big role in determining annual budgets, setting fee structures and ensuring the club is in good standing.

 

The Secretary will maintain accurate records of minutes of all meetings of the club.  Working with the board members, the secretary shall be responsible for the distribution and maintenance of all notices and correspondence of the Club.  

Note: voting members must be current and be in good standing with the club.
