CMSA ID cards required for players U12 and older

Photo ID cards are processed at the CMSA Office.
You can come down to the office any time during regular office hours to get your card. Your picture will be taken so you must be present to receive your photo ID card.
The card will be printed immediately after we take the photo – the process takes under two minutes to complete.
Players (U12-U18) and team officials can get their photo ID card processed and printed prior to the start of the indoor season by visiting the CMSA office during regular office hours, no appointment required.
Extended office hours for ID card appointments on evenings and weekends begin October 19. Photo ID cards will also be processed at the Calgary West Soccer Centre October 24 and 25. Appointment bookings available soon.

COST
- NEW CARDS:The cost for new cards or replacement cards is $10.
- EXPIRED CARDS: If your card has expired, there will be no cost for a new one if you bring in the expired card.
