Support Kidsport on your next bottle drive by booking your next bottle drive through recycle4life.ca. Recycle through life is a non-profit organization that donates profits to Kidsport so that All Kids Can Play. To set up a bottle drive is easy following the below steps:(Note: Teams can also set up bottle drives with their local bottle depots. Community sponsors such as Saddle Ridge Bottle Depot have similar procedures)
Step 1
Log onto the Recycle for Life website at www.recycle4life.ca and select the contact section.
Step 2
Fill out the form. Be ready to provide the following information:
- Bottle Drive coordinator information
- Pick-up address, where the truck will be parked to load the bottles. (Please ask for permission)
- Location of the Bottle Drive
- Leave a comment to the Date and Time of the bottle drive, mention you are from EMFC!
Advertise! email webmaster@eastsidememorialfc.com with details of your bottle drive and we'll post it on our social media pages.
As your friends and family to bring in bottles they have stored away.
Step 4
Collect your Bottles. On the day of, divide your team into groups. Make sure you have enough drivers to players so that you can cover as much area. It's a good idea to have maps of the community to organize your groups in and provide drivers (or teams) with individual maps and routes.
Step 5
Collect your Refund, Recycle for Life can forward a cheque within days of the bottle drive as will most bottle depots.
