About the EMFC Development Centre…
To better meet the needs of our organization, during 2014, EMFC secured a new office facility in a warehouse complex located at #9, 820-28 Street NE.  In addition to our offices we have developed a fitness and strength training studio; and a 3000 sq ft indoor, year-round instructional area to be primarily used to introduce soccer to children aged 3 – 10 through active play.
We host our After School Programs  (Finishing and Shooting; Ball Control and Manipulation)  at the Development Centre, in addition to our exclusive EMFC Play 2 Learn program for U3-U6 players.

About the EMFC U4 & U6 Play 2 Learn program…
Many players are most likely coming into their first ‘organized’ social/sporting arena. It is therefore important to recognize their viewpoint and needs. They may not have learnt how to stand in line to await their turn. They will be seeking constant praise and feedback from coaches. They will be lively, sometimes talkative and cumbersome – they are finding their feet. Therefore it is important that they feel safe, supported and able in all they do.
Our leaders will use a variety of fun games to develop balance, coordination, movement, and soccer motor skills as well as listening to instructions.
Sessions are designed for the children to be active, have fun with an emphasis on learning to play with others.  We teach kicking, running control, and dribbling through play.
