"Vilag" open 2013-14 Indoor Futsol season with a win over the Villains 99's

"Congratulations" boys on a well deserved 6-5 win over the Villains 99's. The boys played with a lot of nerves and it showed, but to their defense this was their first official game. Asfand and Tim were noted as having very strong games by most of their teammates. "Vilag" well done! Coach Bill
The boys were extremely eager to play and for the most part they controlled the game.
"Vilag" possession was a big part of the game with several glorious chances for Muhidin, Patson and Fetsami to put the game away early but to the credit of the Villains keeper he kept his team in it for the most part.
The boys were beating the Villains to the ball especially in the 2nd and 3rd periods of the game and jumping on the attack every time they had the chance putting the Villains on defensive throughout the game.
As the coach I thoroughly enjoyed the game with the game being so quick and full of energy it was very exciting to watch.
The boys played at a true Tier One level and they deserved the win.
Remember boys, when you play for the Eastside Memorial "Vilag", you play with focus, commitment, passion and the eagerness to compete at your highest level.
