EMFC Refund policy (YOUTH)
COVID-19 exceptions
Registrations completed prior to June 1st have been automatically converted to the revised programs. Refunds requested on the grounds of "Covid 19" will be processed as a credit towards the players next season registration fees. All requests are subject to approval by the EMFC Board of Directors.
Refund requests will only be considered by the Board, provided that the player has experienced a season ending injury, and the initial request is accompanied by a Doctor’s note. In this case, the Player will continue to be registered with EMFC for the balance of the season, and be ineligible to participate with another organization. In this instance refunds will be issued, less an Administration fee equal to 25 % of published Registration Fee, and will be prorated accordingly based on the number of games played/remaining.
All requests for a refund must be submitted in writing, with supporting documentation to the Club Administrator (office@eastsidememorialfc.com) and to the Registrar (registrar@eastsidememorialfc.com).
All refund requests are reviewed by the Board, at the next scheduled meeting.
Camp programs - withdrawals will be refunded if requeste d at least 7 days prior to camp commencement
